I’ve always admired Vistaprint and ordered business cards from them often. Their success can be attributed to automation in their processes but they are pretty good at automating their marketing as well. Vistaprint keeps their business top-of-mind with customers by mailing out daily sales and specials.
I’m surprised that I haven’t unsubscribed from their mailing list. They do have a problem in that their specials often seem repetitive and unimaginative, but I guess because I consider their products and customer service so good, I put up with the barrage of emails and postcards.
Their growth has been nothing short of amazing. They have websites in over 20 countries and are growing at breakneck speed. Everyone can learn something from Vistaprint (and save some money on business cards at the same time). Don’t we all wish that we could grow like this?
